Become a Mentor

Give your time. Change a life.

The Youth Mentorship Program pairs caring adults with students who need a guide. Here's what that looks like and how to apply.

Who mentors are

Mentors are everyday people; students, professionals, retirees, who care about young people and can commit a few hours a month. You don't need a specific degree or title. You just need to be reliable, kind, and willing to listen.

What mentors do

You meet one-on-one with your assigned mentee, help them set and work toward goals, and keep brief notes after each session. You connect your Calendly link so your mentee can easily schedule time with you.

The impact of volunteering

One caring adult can change a young person's entire trajectory. By showing up consistently, you help a student feel seen, stay on track, and believe in what's possible. That kind of impact lasts a lifetime for them, and for you.
