For Mentors
Be the person you needed.
Mentors are caring adults who give their time to walk alongside a young person. You don't need to be an expert, you just need to be committed.
What Mentors Do
Provide consistent guidance.
Meet one-on-one
Spend regular time with your assigned mentee, in person or online, on a schedule you both choose.
Guide & encourage
Help your mentee set goals, talk through decisions, and stay motivated along the way.
Log sessions
Keep brief notes and action items after meetings so progress stays visible and organized.
Keep it private
You only see the mentees assigned to you. Student profiles are never shared beyond the program.
Who can become a mentor
Anyone with a genuine care for young people and a willingness to commit time regularly. Students, professionals, retirees, all are welcome. You'll go through a short application and approval process so we can match you well and keep students safe.

How Matching Works
Thoughtful, not random.
Our team reviews each application diligently and pairs mentors with mentees based on interests, needs, and availability. You'll only see the students assigned to you and you'll connect your Calendly link so your mentee can easily book time with you.
The impact of showing up.
A single caring adult can change the trajectory of a young person's life. As a mentor, you're not just helping with homework , you're showing a student that someone believes in them.
